Setting Up Email Accounts in Virtualmin

This guide walks you through setting up email accounts for your domain using Virtualmin.

Creating an Email Mailbox

1. Log in to Virtualmin
2. Click Email in the left sidebar
3. Click Create Mailbox
4. Enter the email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.co.za)
5. Set a strong password
6. Configure mailbox quota (size limit)
7. Click Create

Accessing Your Email

You can access your email through:

• Webmail: Visit https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail and log in with your full email address and password
• Email Client: Configure Outlook, Thunderbird, or your phone using the IMAP/SMTP settings below

Email Aliases

Aliases forward email from one address to another without creating a separate mailbox. For example, forward sales@yourdomain.com to your personal email.
