Transferring Your Domain to HostVyx

Transferring your domain to HostVyx lets you manage everything — hosting and domain — from one place.

Prerequisites

• Domain must be at least 60 days old (ICANN rule)
• Domain must be unlocked at your current registrar
• You need the EPP/authorization code from your current registrar
• WHOIS privacy must be disabled temporarily

Transfer Process

1. Obtain the EPP code from your current registrar
2. Initiate the transfer through your HostVyx Client Portal
3. Pay the transfer fee (includes 1 year renewal)
4. Approve the transfer via email from the current registrar
5. Wait 5–7 days for the transfer to complete

Important Notes

Your website and email will continue to work during the transfer. Once complete, update your DNS to point to HostVyx's nameservers.
