This guide explains how billing works on your HostVyx account.
Billing CyclesYou can choose from the following billing cycles:
- Monthly — Billed every 30 days
- Quarterly — Billed every 3 months (save 5%)
- Semi-Annual — Billed every 6 months (save 10%)
- Annual — Billed yearly (save 15%, includes free domain)
- Biennial — Billed every 2 years (best value)
Invoices are automatically generated before the end of each billing period. You will receive an email notification when a new invoice is available.
Payment Methods- Credit/Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard (via Stripe)
- Instant EFT — Ozow (pay instantly from your bank)
- Standard EFT — Manual bank transfer (may take 1–2 business days)
- Auto-Pay — Set up automatic card payments for hassle-free renewals
If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may apply. After 7 days, services may be suspended. After 30 days, the account may be terminated.
